KLANG, Oct 1 - A total of seven officers of the Malaysian Civil Defence Department (JPAM) organized a study visit to the Office of Maritime Enforcement Agency Klang, Klang Maritime Regions (DM 4).
Head of the Regional Maritime Enforcement Klang, First Admiral Mohd Aliyas bin Hamdan said the visit gave a briefing on the functions and responsibilities of the MMEA in particular for the water sector and the Maritime District of Klang, Selangor.
"Here, we will be able to cut the cooperation between the two agencies in implementing the tasks entrusted to such an operation Search and Rescue (SAR)," he said.
The briefing was given by the Director of Regional Operations, Commander Maritime Faaiz bin Mohd Nor Mohamad @ Samah and four officers of DM 4.
